• 7-10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, clubs, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Ensure company products are properly listed and available across all on-trade accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to monitor product movement, visibility, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate menu placements, cocktail listings, and promotional agreements with outlets.
• Plan and execute brand activations, tasting sessions, themed nights, and experiential events.
• Manage event budgets, staffing, and promotional materials.
• Track activation performance and prepare post-event reports.
