HR and Admin Manager

Job Summary

• As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR and administrative functions to support business operations, employee engagement, and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management processes.
• Implement HR policies, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, company events, and administrative support services.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, health and safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
