• Strictly requires a Diploma / OND in a relevant field.
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or dispatch operations.
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage.

• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capably work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Showcase problem-solving skills in addressing logistics challenges.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and precise deliveries.
• Track shipments closely and provide stakeholders with regular updates on delivery status, including any delays when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain essential logistics documentation such as invoices, shipping records, and inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation to prevent any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support the logistics team in resolving transportation challenges and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.
• Verify shipment details and reconcile discrepancies with suppliers and transporters to ensure accuracy.
