Marketing Officer

Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team at our Kano Branch.
• The Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities, increasing brand visibility, generating quality leads and creating market opportunities that contribute to the company’s sales growth.
• The ideal candidate must be comfortable with both digital and physical marketing, possess strong communication skills and have a good understanding of the Kano real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to Market and close Deals Develop and execute marketing activities to promote the company’s properties and services.
• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, field marketing, networking, referrals and other approved channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, property demand, competitor activities and emerging opportunities
• Support the planning and execution of property campaigns, promotions, open houses and other marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with prospective customers, property investors, community networks and strategic partners.
• Work closely with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure effective lead handover, follow-up and conversion.
• Create and distribute marketing content across approved digital and offline channels.
• Manage and support the company’s social media and digital marketing activities where required.
• Conduct physical marketing activities within Kano and surrounding target markets.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and provide regular feedback on lead quality, customer response and market trends.
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, flyers and other promotional assets.
• Represent A.S. Abdul Global Homes professionally at exhibitions, property events, activations and other relevant engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads generated and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, banking, FMCG or another target-driven industry.
• Proven experience in realestate marketing or property sales is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads through physical prospecting, networking and digital channels.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of the Kano market and local customer environment is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Kano and surrounding areas for marketing activities.
