Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and supervise **HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems**.
- Prepare and review HVAC, plumbing and mechanical drawings.
- Supervise installation of air-conditioning, ventilation, ducting and other mechanical systems.
- Design and supervise water supply, drainage, sewage and plumbing systems.
- Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of installations.
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural and electrical teams.
- Supervise contractors, technicians and subcontractors on project sites.
- Monitor work quality, materials and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare site reports, material schedules and technical documentation.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Requirements
- B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services or construction.
- Experience in building construction, commercial projects or modular/prefabricated construction is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, water supply, drainage and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in site supervision, testing and commissioning.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
