About the role

Lily Hospitals is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist for our Benin City facility. You will run routine and specialised diagnostics, uphold quality standards, and support clinicians with accurate turnaround times.

Responsibilities

Perform haematology, chemistry, and microbiology tests to SOPs
Maintain equipment, reagents, and QC logs
Collaborate with doctors and nurses on urgent samples
Mentor junior technicians on shift

Requirements

BMLS or equivalent; valid MLSCN licence
2+ years hospital or diagnostic lab experience
Based in Benin City or willing to relocate to Edo State
