Office Assistant

Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos

Summary

• We're looking for an organized, punctual, dependable Office Assistant to support senior management and keep the office running smoothly day to day.
• The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with top-level Directors, understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism, and be able to manage multiple activities and administrative errands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and day-to-day support to Directors and senior management.
• Assist with office errands, official assignments, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
• Handle documents, correspondence, and other office information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, filing, scanning, and other routine office tasks.
• Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
• Monitor office supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Carry out other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• OND/HND in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 35 years' work experience in an office assistant, administrative, executive support, or similar role.
• Previous experience working directly withsenior executives is an added advantage.
• Proximity to Oshodi/Isolo is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Smart, attentive to detail, and proactive.
• Must be punctual, presentable, and professional.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
