Role Description
- We are seeking a smart, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and personal support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal appointments, reminders, and schedules
- Coordinate personal errands and travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries, as well as support event and logistics planning for executive engagements.
- Organize documents and maintain accurate records
- Assist with travel bookings and personal engagements
- Follow up on assigned tasks, action items and ensure timely completion
- Conduct basic research and prepare information as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide administrative support to enhance daily productivity, prioritizing competing tasks, and ensuring the Managing Director is well-prepared for all professional activities.
Requirements
- Age: 25–35 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in law (LLB, BL) or a closely related legal/social science discipline from a recognized institution
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organization.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in arranging Travel Arrangements, such as visas, flights, accommodation, and trip itineraries.
- Proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), document preparation, basic report writing and digital productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Highly intelligent with excellent organizational skills
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
