Job Description

• We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager who will take ownership of our production operations, lead our team, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities• Lead and improve production team performance
• Ensure at least 95% compliance with quality, safety, and production standards• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented• Monitor production costs and implement measures targeting a 5% annual reduction in production costs• Track and improve team productivity, targeting a 10% increase quarterly
• Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime• Initiate and implement at least two process improvement projects annually to improve production efficiency
• Monitor production output, waste, and other key production KPIs• Prepare regular production reports for management

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Experience in food, FMCG, or a related industry is an advantage

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
