Job Description

• We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the sale of our growing portfolio of investment properties.
• This is a field-based sales role for someone who is comfortable meeting potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, conducting property inspections, and converting prospects into paying clients.

What You’ll Do

• Actively market and sell the company's real estate properties.
• Identify and generate new prospective buyers through field marketing, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Engage prospective clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of individuals, businesses, investors, and referral partners.
• Promote available properties through relevant marketing channels and personal networks.
• Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, inspections, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work towards and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about the company's available properties, pricing, payment plans, locations, and investment opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and prospects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, field sales, business development, or a similar sales role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people and meeting clients in person.
• Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and attend property inspections and client meetings.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Enugu real estate market is an added advantage.
