Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries.
- Provide accurate information about the hospital's services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all information.
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical departments.
- Receive and distribute correspondence, deliveries, and other documents.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle patient enquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations.
- Experience using hospital management software is an added advantage.
- professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure.
