Receptionist (Female)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and attend to guests professionally.
• Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Manage appointments, correspondence, and front-desk activities.
• Maintain a neat and organised reception area.
• Receive and distribute mails and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reception or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be presentable, organised, courteous, and professional.
• Strong organisational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
