Regional Sales Manager (South west)

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits and gather intelligence on customers, competitors, pricing and products.
• Identify new distributors, wholesalers and business opportunities.
• Drive regional sales, distribution and market growth.
• Manage and develop customer relationships across assigned territories.
• Build and lead a future regional field-sales team.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 4–6 years of relevant sales/distribution experience.
• Experience in plastics/household plastics sales is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian plastics market and distribution network.
• Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.

Benefits

• Salary: N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
• Additional: Transportation, field allowances and accommodation for overnight travel provided separately.
