Relationship Manager / HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Primary Focus: Client + Realtor relationship management
• Secondary Focus: HR support and employee engagement

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years experience
• Must-Have: Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills
• Preferred: Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer relationship management, or HR
• Personality: Proactive, professional, people-oriented, organized, diplomatic, and confident
• Important: Candidate must be comfortable dealing with clients, realtors, sales executives, employees, and management.
