Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Summary

• A Mid-Level Sales and Business Development Executive in the card manufacturing industry drives B2B sales for products like credit cards, smart cards, loyalty cards, and RFID badges.
• They secure contracts with banks, corporate offices, retail chains, and government bodies.

Core Responsibilities

• Secure B2B Contracts: Pitch card products to banks, retail chains, and government sectors.
• Manage RFPs: Lead responses for competitive bidding and corporate tenders.
• Oversee Pipeline: Track large volume orders using Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Coordinate Production: Work with manufacturing teams to meet custom order deadlines.
• Track Competitors: Monitor technical trends in smart cards, RFID, and biometric security.
• Retain Accounts: Cross-sell security upgrades to existing high-volume clients.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in manufacturing, tech hardware, or secure printing.
• Tech Literacy: Deep understanding of smart cards, EMV chips, RFID, and digital security.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven history of closing high-value corporate contract deals.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites for project demos.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
