Sales and Commercial Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales & Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, revenue generation, and pipeline development for high-value real estate assets.
• In this role, you will oversee client relationship management, drive high-ticket property sales, and build and direct a top-performing commercial sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Generation:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to hit property sales targets and maximize revenue for high-value real estate developments.
• Identify new market opportunities, potential investor networks, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) client segments.

Pipeline Development & Deal Structuring:

• Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales and lead generation pipeline from prospect identification to deal closure.
• Oversee transaction negotiations, pricing structures, and sales agreements in line with business targets.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

• Cultivate long-term relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, institutional investors, and real estate brokers.
• Manage high-level client consultations, property presentations, and executive negotiations.

Sales Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the commercial sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Establish KPIs, conduct pipeline reviews, and implement sales training programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's or MBA is an advantage).

Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in real estate, with a strong track record of closing high-value property transactions.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing and driving sales teams.

Key Competencies:

• Deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market dynamics (specifically the Lekki/Victoria Island corridor).
• Exceptional negotiation, deal closing, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven capability in commercial strategy, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting.

Salary
N500,000 - N650,000 per month.
