About the Job

• We are looking for a result driven, confident and customer focused sales associate to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Loan Disbursement: Promote loan products, achieve or exceed assigned loan disbursement targets by providing suitable financing solutions to clients.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Agency/POS onboarding, B2B acquisition, savings mobilization, CRM updates, build strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor client repayments to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and keep Portfolio at Risk (PAR) low.
• Service Delivery: Ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service while supporting smooth internal processes
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationshs and provide guidance on financial products and services.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the company.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• 4+years of field-driven experience in sales, merchant acquisition or agency banking.
• Microfinance, Fintech or Financial Institution experience with track record of sales transactions.
• Target driven and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM & digital banking knowledge.
