About the Role

• We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Associate to join our Sales & Growth team in Lagos.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify and prospect estate developers, estate managers and property owners
• Build, manage and convert a healthy sales pipeline
• Lead client meetings, site visits and product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Close new estate partnerships and ensure smooth handovers to Onboarding
• Build long-term relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Track market intelligence, sales performance and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records and leverage AI tools to improve sales execution.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, real estate, proptech or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially astute and comfortable discussing pricing and value
• Experience working with property developers, estate managers or resident associations is an advantage
• Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline management
• AI-fluent and able to use AI tools to improve prospecting, proposals and reporting
• Willingness to be field-present and travel within Lagos and, when required, other cities.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 monthly, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
