Sales Attendant

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Attendant

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, and availability.
• Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately.
• Receive and handle payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Arrange and display products neatly and attractively.
• Monitor product availability and inform the Storekeeper/Supervisor when stock is low.
• Assist with receiving, counting, and arranging products when required.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Promote products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure products are properly handled to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist with stocktaking and reconciliation when required.
• Prepare or submit daily sales reports as assigned.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills/Requirements

• Possess an OND with 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic sales and cash-handling skills.
• Good numerical and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Good interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honesty, reliability, and accountability.
• Good personal appearance and professional conduct.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
