Job Summary

• We are looking for a Sales & Client Acquisition Officer who will be responsible for bringing in new clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
• The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with clients, comfortable using CRM tools, highly proficient in Excel, and able to actively contribute to the growth of the business across its real estate, finance, and investment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Actively source, engage, and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospects to drive sales.
• Promote the company’s real estate, finance, and investment services.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, client information, and follow-ups.
• Develop and present professional business and sales proposals to prospective clients
• Support the company’s overall business growth and sales targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Previous experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, real estate, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to source and acquire clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive, confident, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects.
