Sales & Client Relations Officer (Real Estate)

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Client Relations Officer to join our growing real estate team.
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the real estate industry, possess excellent client relationship management skills, and be passionate about contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site tours.
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely client engagement.
• Provide professional advice on available properties and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in real estate sales and client relations (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Applicants must reside in Yaba or along the Yaba axis of Lagos State.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and committed to contributing to the company's growth.
