Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals.
• Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and update CRM / sales records.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally during marketing campaigns and property tours.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND in any field.
• 1+ years of sales experience (real estate experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in marketing and the ability to meet targets.
• Must be active on social media (an advantage).

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 (with commission on each closed deal)
