Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and closing sales.

Responsibilities

Understand clients property needs and recommend suitable options.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reservation forms and other documentation.
Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to the team.
Schedule and conduct property inspections, site visits and clients presentation.

Requirements

HND/ B.Sc in Marketing or a related field with 1 year experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
Willing and able to travel as required by work and company needs.

Salary and Benefits

N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
Commission incentives.
