• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years of demonstrated experience in hotel sales, preferably within a 3–5 star property
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in hotel sales management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of the Abuja and Nigerian hospitality industry
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for client meetings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with corporate and government sales within Abuja
• Background in luxury or boutique hotels
• Digital marketing and social media sales expertise

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve room revenue, occupancy rates, and Average Daily Rate (ADR) targets in the hospitality industry.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients, government contracts, and travel trade partnerships to expand market reach.
• Manage existing key accounts while maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns, attractive packages, and special offers to drive bookings.
• Oversee group bookings, conferences, weddings, and event sales to optimize revenue.
• Conduct site inspections and present hotel facilities effectively to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value offered.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress and inform strategy.
