Sales Representative (Hybrid)

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage existing leads, nurture customers and consistently convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm and cold leads via calls and messages.
• Nurture leads and follow up with previous customers.
• Communicate new products, bundles, promotions and offers.
• Close sales and follow through to payment/order confirmation.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
• Meet daily sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and objections.
• Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns.
• Appear in content created to support sales.
• Participate in one physical marketing day per week across Abuja.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Persistent and confident with follow-ups.
• Comfortable using a CRM.
• Organised and target-driven.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Previous fashion/retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership — we want someone who doesn't need to be chased.

Salary
N100,000 per month + commission based on target achievement.
