The Role
- This is a strategic partnership with a demanding Managing Partner in a fast-paced financial services firm.
- You will operate two or three steps ahead—anticipating needs, intercepting problems before they escalate, and exercising sound independent judgement on behalf of the firm.
- The measure of success:How much high-value time is freed for the Managing Partner to focus on deals, fundraising, and investor relationships.

What You'll Own
- Calendar & Gatekeeping– Own the Managing Partner's schedule with zero conflicts. Protect strategic time ruthlessly.
- Problem Interception– Identify risks and bottlenecks before they reach the Managing Partner's desk. Resolve them independently.
- Board & Investor Support Coordinate board meetings, Investment Committee sessions, and LP engagements.
- Office Operations– Run the Lagos office: vendors, procurement, facilities, and firm events.
- Travel & Logistics– Own end-to-end domestic and international travel—flights, visas, accommodation—with zero last-minute issues.
- Brand & Online Presence– Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and website content. Ensure 100% brand consistency.
- Personal Support– Handle personal and family logistics with complete discretion.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Candidates with 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, founders, or partners in financial services, private equity, or investment banking. Must also have experience working on site (Minimal Virtual Assistance)
- Female Candidates Strongly Preferred (28-35).
- Anticipatory mindset– You don't wait to be told. You see what needs to be done and you do it.
- Zero tolerance for error– You double-check everything. Mistakes are not acceptable.
- Commercial judgement– You make sound decisions independently, on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- On- site experience. This role is not for virtual assistants.
- Brand-savvy– Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and website content.
- Resilient & discreet– You thrive under pressure and handle confidential information with absolute professionalism.

Salary
N1,800,000 / month.
