Job Purpose

• The Senior HR Officer serves as a key HR partner to line managers, providing practical guidance on people-related matters while ensuring compliance with organisational policies, applicable Nigerian employment legislation and best HR practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience working with HRIS or digital HR systems.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills, particularly Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
