• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Science
• NABIMS certification or Diploma in Milling from a recognized milling school preferred
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in wheat milling
• Proven background in production and milling operations for flour or feed products
• Experience managing independent operations and leading teams
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance coordination skills

• Manage daily milling operations to maximize plant performance and product quality
• Execute production plans and monitor process efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment and optimize milling processes
• Maintain production and shift reports including downtime tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, QMS, FSMS, and 5S standards
• Control operational costs and reduce process waste
• Lead and train milling teams to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee vendor services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and maintenance
• Maintain plant premises and support personnel management
