• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Proficiency in content creation including graphics, video editing, and copywriting.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, digital trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

• Create and publish engaging content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage monthly content calendars ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand consistency.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters and promotions, managing audience segmentation and database maintenance.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages, building strong customer relationships.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand reach.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Support sales, marketing, and operations teams during campaigns and company events with live digital coverage.
