Store Officer & Warehouse Assistant

Role Overview

• Responsible for warehouse and inventory control, including the receiving, storage, preservation, tracking, and issuance of materials and equipment for the Margarine Manufacturing Plant Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect project materials and equipment.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials and equipment.
• Control material issuance and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Conduct stock verification, counting, and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels for consumables.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, and Project teams.
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and housekeeping.
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports.
• Support general warehouse and store operations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or ND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant warehouse or industrial project store experience.
• Strong inventory control, documentation, and material-handling skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in an industrial/project environment is preferred.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
