Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Operations & Fulfillment Lead to oversee store organization, inventory presentation, order fulfillment, and sales support activities.
- The ideal candidate will ensure products are properly arranged, stock levels are maintained, customer orders are processed efficiently, and inventory accuracy is upheld.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:
- Manage store stock arrangement and product display
- Ensure shelves and storage areas remain organized and presentable
- Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment activities
- Maintain accurate store inventory records
- Ensure products are properly labeled and easy to locate
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items
Order Fulfillment:
- Supervise online order processing and fulfillment activities
- Manage product picking and packing processes
- Ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Coordinate product dispatch and delivery activities
- Resolve order discrepancies and inventory-related issues
- Monitor fulfillment performance and efficiency.
Sales Support:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability
- Support promotional campaigns and sales activities
- Provide inventory updates to management and sales personnel
- Assist in maintaining a positive customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- NCE / ND qualification
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Store Operations, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Retail Management, or Order Fulfillment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP, POS, or Inventory Management Systems
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures
- Ability to prepare operational and inventory reports
- Good computer literacy and data entry skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
