Overview

CNXT Africa - We specialize in creator infrastructure, including structured education, talent management, brand partnerships, and community building which we consider to be a part of the creator experience. We produce as a result of our design process.

Job Title: Talent Manager

Location: Remote

Description

If you have ever watched a creator and thought, with the right direction they could be so much bigger, apply.
If you are good at seeing potential before it is fully formed, if you are the kind of person who champions people loudly and negotiates for them harder than they would negotiate for themselves, if you understand both the creative world and the business world and can move between them with ease, apply.
If you genuinely care about what happens to people's careers and not just the deals, apply.
This role is for someone who measures success by how far their talent goes, not how much credit they take for it.

Application Closing Date
