• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in tax consulting, compliance, or advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working within reputable firms is preferred.

• Provide strategic tax advisory services on various tax matters ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns and statutory reports within regulatory deadlines.
• Develop tax-efficient strategies to optimize clients' tax positions and minimize risks.
• Represent clients in tax audits, investigations, and disputes with tax authorities.
• Conduct tax due diligence and compliance reviews to identify risks and recommend actions.
• Advise clients on changes in tax legislation and emerging tax issues affecting business operations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring with tax advisory and transaction support.
• Mentor junior tax professionals to ensure quality service and professional growth.
