Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong exposure to the Oil & Gas industry to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key OEM and client relationships.
• This role requires deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to close high-value deals within upstream and downstream environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for assigned products and solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage opportunity #pipeline and CRM reporting.
• Build and sustain executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead OEM coordination for projects within Nigeria.
• Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Support pricing strategy and receivables management.
• Conduct market research to unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ sales experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.
• Strong track record in technical solution sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and close contracts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
