Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Day & Night Shift

Location: Sabon-Lugbe, Airport Road, Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview

• We are seeking highly articulate and experienced Virtual Assistants to support an international client.
• Although the role involves providing virtual assistance to an overseas client, the successful candidates will be required to work fully on-site from our Abuja office.
• We are hiring for one day-shift and one night-shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and personal assistance to the client.
• Manage emails, calendars, schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate sales activities, leads, and client communications.
• Support dispatch and operational coordination.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate communication, and scheduling.
• Handle customer/client communication professionally.
• Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in virtual assistance, administration, sales coordination, dispatching, recruitment, personal assistance, or customer support.
• Previous experience working with overseas companies or international clients is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Can articulate very clearly and with zero or no accent
• Must be highly articulate with very clear, professional, and neutral/minimal-accent spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital communication/productivity tools.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Professional, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work either day or night shift.

Remuneration

• Salary: N240,000 gross
• Performance Bonus: ₦150,000 when targets are met (or pro rata).
