Junior Loading Dock Assistant - On-site in Cebu

We are looking for a Junior Loading Dock Assistant to join our team in Cebu. This is an on-site position that requires a commitment to safety and security protocols at our loading dock. Responsibilities

• Vetting ingress and egress through the Loading Dock to ensure security.
• Controlling traffic flow in the loading area to maintain safety.
• Maintaining Back of House entry protocols for authorized personnel.
• Securing the Loading Dock area to prevent unauthorized access.
• Providing support and service to staff, visitors, and customers.
• Utilizing the Visitor Management System for access control.
• Documenting all access to the Loading Dock for accurate records.
• Building relationships with stakeholders to enhance cooperation.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or Security.
• Tertiary Level education is preferred for this role.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic First Aid Training is a plus for this position.
• Customer Service experience to assist visitors and staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for reporting.
