About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Assistant Farm Manager (Swine Breeder) to join our team in Tarlac City, Central Luzon. This role is crucial for overseeing swine production processes and ensuring the farm operates efficiently. Responsibilities

Assist the Farm Manager in managing swine production processes effectively.
Implement enhancements to existing processes to improve productivity.
Ensure appropriate inventory management for feed and supplies.
Maintain accuracy of data processing systems for tracking performance.
Collaborate with teams for farm facility maintenance and improvements.
Monitor third-party workforce performance to ensure compliance.
Prepare and implement budget proposals for operational needs.
Address community concerns related to the farm's operations.
Supervise and evaluate direct reports to foster a productive environment.
Manage expansion projects and improvements to enhance farm capabilities.

Requirements

Graduate of relevant agricultural or veterinary courses.
At least five years of supervisory experience in swine farming.
Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine preferred.
Strong knowledge of swine production processes and animal husbandry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in computer and numerical skills for data management.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in a farm setting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
