About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Farm Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Concepcion, Central Luzon. This role is essential for overseeing the maintenance of our farm facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance planning. You will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance program for farm facilities and equipment.
Implement the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP) effectively.
Plan and schedule repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
Monitor utilities consumption and implement conservation measures.

Requirements

Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with strong technical skills.
Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer for added expertise.
At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
Proficient in preventive maintenance and root cause analysis techniques.
Experience with project management and cost estimation is a plus.
