About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Farm Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Concepcion, Central Luzon. This role is crucial for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our farm facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position requires a commitment to a stay-in work setup, allowing for close supervision and immediate response to maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the rollout of the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Plan and schedule repair and maintenance tasks for farm facilities to reduce downtime.
• Review equipment reports to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Establish a maintenance monitoring plan to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition.
• Track utilities consumption and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential system improvements and cost savings.
• Evaluate the performance of direct subordinates and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with a strong technical foundation.
• Registered Electrical Engineer preferred to ensure compliance.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Proficient in preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP Enterprise Asset Management for effective oversight.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting feasibility studies and root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve maintenance goals.
