About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Mechanical Technician (Refrigeration) to join our team in Tarlac City. This role is essential for maintaining and optimizing our mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. You will work on various equipment, including steam boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, and compressed air systems. Your expertise will help us maintain high operational standards and support our commitment to quality.

As a Mechanical Technician, you will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This position is on-site, allowing you to collaborate closely with our engineering team and contribute to our operational success. Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment operating parameters.
Maintain spare parts inventory and prepare lists of required parts for ordering.
Ensure all completed work orders and records are accurate and documented.
Respond to emergency service requests and night calls as needed.
Monitor and analyze fuel, water, and power consumption for any abnormalities.

Requirements

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance.
License as a mechanical engineer or certified plant mechanic is a plus.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and maintenance practices.
