We are seeking a Mid-Level Territory Business Manager to join our team in Liloan, Eastern Visayas. This role is crucial for driving sales and managing customer relationships within the assigned territory. You will work closely with distributors and dealers to enhance our market presence. Responsibilities

• Generate and cultivate a loyal customer base through active selling strategies.
• Establish relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance product availability.
• Implement approved placement strategies effectively for the territory.
• Develop a comprehensive business approach tailored to the assigned territory.
• Serve as a link between customers and the company for efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer concerns and provide timely feedback to improve service.
• Execute lead generation and negotiations with prospective customers.
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from clients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of defined sales activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide technical training to third-party service providers to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• 4 years of sales experience in any industry is acceptable.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and sales operations.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop business plans.
• Experience in distribution management is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Tagalog is a plus.
