About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Cebu. This is an onsite position that requires at least 5 years of experience in sales management or distribution sales. You will execute sales strategies and manage a team to achieve targets in your assigned region. If you are passionate about driving sales and building strong customer relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies and meet targets for your region.
Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
Evaluate market potential and collaborate with marketing teams.
Develop and track business plans to ensure growth.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients.
Conduct business reviews and provide updates to customers.
Track sales operations and ensure pricing rules are followed.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of team members.

Requirements

Graduate of a 4-year business-related course.
5 years of experience in a related industry as a Regional Sales Manager.
Strong skills in customer relationship management.
Experience in executing sales strategies effectively.
Ability to evaluate market trends and opportunities.
Team management experience with a focus on development.
Fluency in English (C1 level) is preferred.
Degrees in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science are a plus.
