About the Role

As a Risk and Compliance Specialist II based in Taguig, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization against potential fraud. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data. You will be part of a dedicated team that ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your expertise will help us maintain the integrity of our operations and protect our users.

Responsibilities

Review and investigate user accounts for potential fraud to ensure compliance.
Analyze account behavior and transaction history to identify suspicious activities.
Take appropriate action on accounts according to established policies and procedures.
Communicate clearly through email interactions to resolve user inquiries.
Escalate complex cases to senior specialists for further investigation.
Maintain accurate records of investigations to support compliance audits.
Adapt to process changes and new tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in fraud prevention strategies.

Requirements
