About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Direct Entry Captain to join our team in Dubai. This role requires extensive experience in multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft, particularly with Airbus fly-by-wire systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safety and efficiency in flight operations. As a Direct Entry Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading flight crews and managing all aspects of flight operations. This role is onsite in Dubai, and candidates must be willing to relocate. Requirements

<ul>
<li>Hold a valid ICAO ATPL and Class 1 Medical certificate.</li>
<li>Have a minimum of 7,000 hours total flying time in multi-crew aircraft.</li>
<li>Demonstrate at least 150 hours in the past 12 months as Captain on Airbus FBW.</li>
<li>Possess a minimum of 3,000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft.</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Lead flight crews to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with ground control and crew members.</li>
<li>Monitor flight progress and make real-time decisions to enhance safety.</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to junior pilots as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate flight records and reports for regulatory compliance.</li>
