About the Role

As a Junior Patient Outreach Specialist at Grapefruit Health, you will play a vital role in connecting with patients through structured telephonic assessments. Complete wellness check-ins to monitor patient progress.

Maintain HIPAA compliance to protect patient information.

Requirements

Must be U.S. based to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Must be a healthcare school graduate to understand patient needs.
Active clinical enrollment does not qualify for this role.
Must work at least 20 hours/week to meet team needs.
