About the Role

As a Mid-Level Growth Manager at Careem in Dubai, UAE, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. You will oversee the growth plan for the Dubai and UAE markets, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and strategic thinking to design initiatives that enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the bottom-up growth plan for Dubai and the UAE.
• Build and maintain the quarterly and annual growth roadmap.
• Oversee the performance rhythm for Dubai and the UAE.
• Create and manage dashboards for key growth metrics.
• Act as the primary growth contact for the Food commercial team.
• Design growth initiatives from start to finish.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Ensure execution cadence for the Dubai and UAE growth portfolio.
• Align Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing around the growth agenda.
• Build and manage customer segments effectively.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Have 5-7 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or strategy.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of owning growth plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively.
• Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on A/B testing.
• Show proficiency in growth metrics and cohort analysis.
• Exhibit excellent program management skills.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
