About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Picker to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role involves accurately picking customer orders for online grocery fulfillment. You will work in a dynamic and busy environment, ensuring that all orders meet quality and accuracy standards. Responsibilities

Pick customer orders accurately using handheld devices or mobile applications.
Ensure all orders are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Select products according to customer requirements, ensuring correct quantity and specifications.
Prioritize urgent and scheduled delivery orders to meet delivery timelines.
Maintain high levels of picking productivity while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Carefully select the freshest products and check expiry dates before picking.
Pack customer orders to protect product quality during transportation.
Report stock shortages and damaged products to management.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Achieve daily productivity and picking accuracy targets.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years' experience in retail or grocery fulfillment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Basic technology skills to operate handheld devices.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of food handling and product quality standards.
