Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic delivery organization within EMEA to enhance client satisfaction.
• Drive customer outcomes and operational maturity through effective oversight.
• Ensure exceptional client onboarding and value realization during project initiation.
• Partner with Sales to develop pre-sales strategies that boost revenue growth.
• Create executive-level status reports that provide insights into project health.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Process yearly renewals for clients to maintain account health and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in professional services delivery, focusing on client success.
• Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles, demonstrating effective team management.
• University degree in a relevant field, showcasing your academic foundation.
• Proven track record in engagement management, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge of software development and testing methodologies for effective delivery.
• Advanced experience in managing executive relationships to foster collaboration.
