We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join our Accounts and Administration team Role Details Location: Harleston Laboratory Contract: Full time Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm About Finn Pathologists

Requirements

Comfortable using computers and data entry systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to work under pressure and perform routine tasks reliably.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Processing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger transactions and supporting with debt chasing process.
Manage incoming Client Queries and Incoming Communication from partner laboratories and suppliers
To Process Newly Received Veterinary Submissions – through Data Entry & labelling for our laboratory
