Agency Partner Manager

You’ll help agencies create new services and client solutions using Typeform and Research Flow. This means recruiting the right partners, building trusted relationships, enabling their teams, and turning shared opportunities into measurable revenue.

We are expanding how businesses understand their customers through Research Flow, our AI moderated research platform. It combines qualitative depth with quantitative scale, helping teams design studies, recruit participants, run adaptive conversations, and generate insights in hours.

This is a hands on role with the opportunity to shape our agency strategy. You’ll join our go to market organisation and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow a focused portfolio of agency partners, with clear goals for engagement, pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard agencies that align with Typeform’s target customers and commercial priorities.
• Help partners create repeatable services using Typeform and Research Flow across customer research, market research, concept testing, messaging validation, and customer experience.
• Create joint business plans and generate partner sourced and partner influenced opportunities alongside Sales and Marketing.
• Enable agency teams to confidently position Typeform, demonstrate Research Flow, and communicate its value to their clients.
• Bring agency and client feedback into Product, helping shape our product, partner experience, and future use cases.
• Own partner performance, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, using data to focus investment on the strongest opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Around five or more years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, agency management, or research technology.
• Experience building commercial relationships with research, insights, marketing, customer experience, or technology agencies.
• A track record of creating measurable pipeline and revenue through partners.
• A strong understanding of how agencies develop, sell, and deliver services to their clients.
• The ability to translate product capabilities into clear agency services and customer outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement, communication, and relationship building skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and a willingness to figure things out. You are comfortable testing ideas, learning from results, and changing direction when the evidence tells you to.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with research platforms, customer insight tools, or software as a service products.
• An established network across research, insights, marketing, or customer experience agencies.
• Experience helping partners build and launch repeatable services around a technology platform.
